Zenjob is looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Senior Manager to drive our businesses at large contract customers. Zenjob has huge ambitions to re-invent flexible work across Europe as the next generation in temporary staffing.  In this role, you will play a critical and strategic function to drive Zenjob’s expansion and success in the Enterprise customer segment. You will directly develop and manage Zenjob sales in a portfolio of highly strategic customers in select industries at the national level (across Germany).  You will also develop the large contract capability building across our sales teams as well as other functions for your assigned industries.  

Zenjob (www.zenjob.de) is a Berlin-based, tech-driven temporary staffing agency that provides student workers to companies. Students use the Zenjob app to book short-term jobs on an hourly basis or for several months. By way of temporary employment contracts, more than 12,000 students are dispatched each month in industries such as logistics, events, retail, and catering. Among the company's more than 1,000 customers are Uniqlo, Flixbus, Terra Naturkost, and Mercure Hotels.  Zenjob was founded in 2015 and currently employs over 250 people. The service is already available in more than 30 German cities.

How you’ll contribute

  • Strategic Sales responsibility for Enterprise sales (large national contracts) for a portfolio of industries and target customers.  Winning and acquiring customers, accountable for revenues and gross margins
  • Develop and build long term relationships and business with Enterprise accounts, including stakeholders at all levels, as well as other key influencers in the relevant industries
  • Close and intense cooperation with our National and Regional sales teams to close complex account structures.
  • Industry strategy and account based selling for your portfolio, coordinating an indirect team to develop opportunities, respond to proposals
  • Match opportunities to Zenjob’s value proposition and capabilities while developing those capabilities to better serve the target customers in the enterprise segment
  • Continuous revenue and profit creation by identifying, developing, and expanding new business opportunities.  
  • Account strategy, planning, analysis, and forecasting, and continuous learning and improvement
  • Understand the account  and industry dynamics, business needs, competitive landscape
  • Identify account and industry insights and levers for Zenjob to consistently win new business and delight our customers, partner with marketing and product teams to improve the effectiveness
  • Ensure pricing, policies, compliance, and cost controls are strictly followed in your portfolio and team
  • Proactively steer and alert on opportunities and challenges to achieve our strategic objectives throughout the customer journey

What you bring

  • 7+ years of relevant B2B sales experience
  • Deep understanding and strong track record in Enterprise sales, tender offers / RFPs
  • Working knowledge of Sales Force / CRM tools and account planning
  • Ability to build strong trusting relationships with customer stakeholders at all levels, industry influencers, and internally with sales reps, leaders, and cross-functionally
  • Strong analytical, planning, and team leadership skills 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be a strategic self-starter who can build their own portfolio and close tricky deals, ‘roll up the sleeves’ and make things happen 
  • German fluency is required
