Seamless Setup

No need to worry about technicalities! Our IT team will be on hand to assist you in setting up your equipment and ensuring you have all the tools you need to hit the ground running in your new role.

Company Onboarding

Embark on a three day journey into the heart of Zenjob culture with our monthly Company Onboarding program. Delve into our mission, values, and story through engaging workshops and introductions by the individual departments. It’s a great chance to dive into what we do and get to know your teammates better.

Ongoing Support

Your onboarding experience doesn’t end after the first few days. We’ll pair you with an internal Buddy who will serve as your guide, providing ongoing support and answering any questions as you acclimate to your role. Whether it’s job-specific training or general inquiries, your Buddy and manager will be there every step of the way.

Accessible Assistance

Our People Operations team is here to support you beyond your immediate role. Whether you have questions about benefits, employment agreements, or any other administrative matters, we’re here to help.
