The Role

As a B2B Marketing Manager (Mid-Level) at Zenjob, you’ll be the creative powerhouse driving campaigns, content concepts, and event experiences that resonate with our B2B audience. You’ll work closely with our Senior B2B Marketing Manager, Senior Brand Manager, Design, Sales, and other teams to craft standout content that engages and converts.

Zenjob SE is a personnel service provider for part-time jobs headquartered in Berlin, which connects companies quickly and reliably with suitable temporary workers using a digital platform. With this innovative personnel solution, companies in the retail, hospitality and logistics industries can flexibly and cost-effectively supplement their core workforce with temporary workers. Job seekers can book individual shifts via app to suit their everyday life best. Founded in December 2015, Zenjob is now represented in over 39 other cities in addition to Berlin.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and execute content marketing campaigns for multiple channels online and offline 
  • Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives by creating personalized campaigns for key clients
  • Collaborate with Sales to develop creative approaches that support pipeline growth and client engagement
  • Plan and manage B2B events (online and offline) that drive connections and business opportunities
  • Support with building a strong B2B inbound lead pipeline and work against targets set by the Head of Marketing

What you’ll bring

  • Creative mindset for catchy taglines, campaign concepts, and content ideas
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, content marketing, or related roles
  • Proactive, self-driven, and eager to take ownership as proven project manager 
  • Strong understanding of B2B strategy in a SaaS environment 
  • Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) is a plus
  • Passion for events and creating memorable brand experiences
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English.
